ValueRAM's KVR16R11S8K3/12 is a kit of three 512M x 72-bit(4GB) DDR3-1600 CL11 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM), regis-tered w/parity, 1Rx8 ECC, memory modules, based on nine512M x 8-bit FBGA components per module. Total kit capacityis 12GB. The SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standardlatency DDR3-1600 timing of 11-11-11 at 1.5V. Each 240-pinDIMM uses gold contact fingers.
