You can cancel the order only after you have received the ‘order confirmation’ email. The cancellation option is available on our website. You can also initiate cancellation by giving us a phone call. Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been verified. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we take substantial measures to help you in every way possible when you approach us with a return request. Please make sure that the product is returned within 7 business days of receipt and sealed with the original packing.
It is our top priority to double check your order requirements with you before we ship your desired product. In a rare occurrence, if you receive the wrong item (e.g. color or size being different to what you had ordered), please contact us immediately with complete details of the order requested by you and the item you have received.
In case your ordered product arrives in a defective or damaged state, please contact us immediately so that we can guide you how to return/replace the item. In case you wish to return the order, customers have 7 business days under which they can contact our Technical Support Department and return the product.
If you claim warranty for a product which has ceased to exist in the market, it will be replaced by a model which can serve as it’s most suitable substitute. It is the manufacturer's prerogative to opt for the appropriate model to be sent to the customer as a replacement of the discontinued item. Tejar.com is not involved in the replacement selection process in any way.
