Damaged Inventory

In case you get a damaged, defective or an item is missing on delivery, get in touch with our technical support. We will replace the item free of cost or will refund you if required.

If your item breaks or stops working within the warranty period, contact our support team for the product replacement or repair. You will only need to pay for the shipping charges in this condition.

Wrong Order

Got the wrong item? Talk to us and we will replace it with the right product. Make sure that the product specifications are given correctly at the time of ordering the product.

Order Exchange

We do not exchange the item once it is shipped from the warehouse. Take your time in selecting the specifications of your order. You can make changes before payment by contacting the customer support.

Restocking Fee

Not satisfied with your item? Return your order with the original sealed packaging. We charge a 15% restocking fee only.

Order Cancelation

You cannot cancel the order once the payment has been verified.
