Deliveries of products you purchase from are done in a secure and speedy manner.

Process Duration

The turnaround time for delivery of an order is between 5 and 7 business days after your payment has been verified. An auto-generated email carrying the tracking number of your order and other relevant information is sent to you once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Location

We require a well-defined address where your order can be delivered. The location must be accessible to all. The delivery address must be provided by the customer at the time of check-out after selecting the products for purchase.

Multiple Address

Different products within an order can be sent to different addresses. When placing an order you can specify which product you want delivered where. This feature allows you to send products to your relatives and friends no matter where they are.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charges to be paid by you are added to the total order amount after you have specified the address(es) where your order needs to be dispatched at the time of checkout.

Track Your Order

Wondering where your shipment might be right now? Use the tracking ID we provide you via email to locate your order. A tracking number sometimes takes 24 hours to be updated on the courier company’s website. In case you fail to track your order using the tracking ID, please let us know.

Courier Service

A courier service which is best suited to your location is chosen to deliver your products. Orders are usually delivered within 2 days from dispatch.

1.        Service Availability:                                            

The courier service operates during weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday.

2.        Fragile Items Delivery: is indemnified in case any goods are damaged or broken in transit of the courier service.

3.        Signature on Delivery:

The courier company bringing you your order will require a signature from the recipient which will signify that the order has been successfully delivered. You are requested to be present at the delivery location. If you are not around, please make sure someone on your behalf is available to receive the order.

Shipping in Parts

Sometimes when you order multiple items, certain products are sent to you ahead of others. This is perfectly normal. As some items may be readily available, they may be dispatched earlier while the remainder of your order will follow soon. You will receive an email or a phone call informing you in advance if your order will be delivered to you in parts.

Our Delivery Commitment

In order to get your delivery the next working day, we encourage you to order before 8:00 pm, Monday to Thursday; before 4:45 pm on Friday or before 2:00 pm on a Sunday.

Orders placed later than 9:00 pm Friday will only be dispatched the following Monday.

Why can’t I find my country in the list?

In case your country is not available in the list, please contact us and we will let you know if shipping is available there. Also, we periodically review and update the countries that we ship to. Therefore we advise you to please check the list from time to time.

How will I know if my order is dispatched?

All customers are sent an email indicating that their order is on its way. A tracking number is also included in the email.

Why can’t I track my order?

On certain occasions a tracking number, once issued, may take 24 hours before it is usable. Please try again after a while in case you aren’t able to track your order at a certain point in time. 

Which courier service do you use?

Majority of orders are delivered via UPS. For a few delicate deliveries, our in-house dispatch team takes the lead and personally brings your items to you.

What are the timings for order delivery?

Orders are typically delivered between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday. You, a family member or a friend must be available to collect the item on the address you have specified for delivery.
