Our company holds the responsibility of delivering your products in the most effective manner. However, sometimes, multiple orders can be delivered in installments and the customer will be notified beforehand in such a situation.
Order before 8 pm, Monday to Thursday; before 4:45 pm on Friday or before 2 pm on a Sunday for next working day delivery.
Orders placed after 9:00 pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Why can’t I find my county in the list?
In case your country is not available in the list, please Contact Us and we will let you know if shipping is available in your country. Also, we timely update the countries that we are shipping since our company is expanding so please visit again to know more.
How will I know if my order is dispatched?
We send all our customers an email confirming the dispatch and also provide them a tracking number.
Why can’t I track my order?
Please know that tracking number may take 24 hours to update. If you can’t track your order, try again after a couple of hours. We make sure that our customers are able to check their order without any issue.
Which courier service do you use?
We rely on UPS for the delivery of all the items. However, for a few delicate orders, we only trust our boys in the house.
What are the timings for order delivery?
Your order can be delivered at any time between 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Please make sure that you are available for receiving the order. In case you are not present, please ask your family member or friends to collect the item on the specified address as we do not take any responsibility once the order is delivered.
